Auto Pay Help Auto Pay Draft Day The day your Windstream payment will be drafted each month. If you choose Due Date, then the payment will be drafted on the Due Date of your bill (this day may vary each month). If you want your Windstream Payment to be drafted on a specific day each month you may select from the list of available days presented in the Auto Pay Draft Day list box (limited only to the days displayed). The Auto Pay default Draft Day is the Payment Due Date. Suspend Auto Pay Choosing the Suspend payment option will bypass only the next scheduled automatic bill payment. Payment for the bypassed automatic bill payment must be made via another option on or prior to the payment due date to avoid additional charges or service interruptions. This option will automatically resume on the following monthly bill for the draft day selected. Cancel Auto Pay This option will be available after you've enrolled in Auto Pay. Choosing the Cancel Auto Pay option permanently removes the automatic bill payment option from your Windstream account. All future bill payments must be made via another option on or prior to the payment due date to avoid additional charges or service interruptions. This option will require a new enrollment in Auto Pay to resume automatic bill payment.
